One of the characters, Ezra Arze, starts with a card called "Cursed Ground" with the effect "Cursed Ground is immune to spells. Whenever any creature dies all creatures in play are dealt damage equal to its power."
An oversight seems to be that if you spam Phoenixes, you can actually cause infinite triggers to resolve. The AI will also get stuck analysing this because it cannot find an end to the loop.

Wow, I haven't been able to test this, but great find! Any chance you could capture a video or something of the like? I'm surprised that this would happen since Cursed Ground should eventually die from the effect, but if that's not happening, or the AI seems to run into an infinite loop... maybe the programming for that one should include a "maximum 12 times per turn" catch in the loop

I'll try to create a save file and edit this message with it in. It does require a pretty specific board state!

Finally bothered to get it recorded!
"Cursed Ground is immune to spells. Whenever any creature dies all creatures in play are dealt damage equal to its power."
But Cursed Ground is not a creature, it is a wall.

Good Find. Btw, Your pointer is really somewhere else when you click or I have just seen that?

Good Find. Btw, Your pointer is really somewhere else when you click or I have just seen that? It's a bug with OBS I think with regards to how Spectro's mouse pointer is coded; I don't know how to fix that.

Looking forward to watching it in action :)
Walls are creatures, I think - they are simply creatures that can't gain attack power.

I'd be shocked if F2/A5 weren't affected by it. If the wording were perfect it would probably say "all creatures except for Cursed Ground".
Interesting video. This was a case where the AI stalled out forever trying to analyze infinite triggers - the infinite trigger itself never happened. Right?
